Spring wellness programs focus on mental and emotional well-being

Each quarter of 2017, the UF and UF Health Wellness Committee, along with GatorCare, focuses on a different wellness topic. This quarter’s focus is on mental and emotional well-being. Join any of the free programs below to support your wellness this spring.

Highlights include:

  • Request a meditative coloring kit for your department’s breakroom with supervisor’s approval
  • Guided Relaxation Sessions, offered at various locations during the month of May
  • 12 Tweaks to a Healthier You, sign up for email and online support to make small tweaks to your daily routine for better health
  • Wellness Wednesday presentations, first Wednesday of the month, see below for details
