Possible Aetna health insurance provider network changes

Aetna is currently in contract negotiation with HCA Florida and if an agreement cannot be reached, 49 hospitals, including North Florida Regional Medical Center, will no longer be part of the Aetna provider network beginning Sept. 1, 2019. Aetna sent notification to members regarding the network change in late July. Negotiations are ongoing and retraction letters will be sent if an agreement is reached. Learn more.
